yeh, the PCR is certainly not a foolproof indicator :(
I was knocked down due to this indicator recently when mkt busted down .

As an analyst I hate using the phrase "I told you so", but sometimes it so happens that I have no choice.
Sometimes I wonder why people get embroiled in various indicators, and stop paying attention to the price itself.
After all, all indicators are a variant of the price.
I remember reading a book by Gallacher (do not remember which), where he says that you only need to look out of the window, to know the facts.
If all the experts in the world are predicting a fine day, a quick look out of the window will tell you that it is raining, and you need to carry an umbrella.
It is that simple.
